What can I do about pain in my heels?

The most common cause of heel pain is plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the plantar fascia ligament on the bottom of your foot where it attaches to the heel. Pain can be reduced by wearing proper arch support. If that doesn’t work come in right away for an appointment.

How are warts treated?

Warts are a virus that invades the skin and then multiplies. If very small, they can be treated with medicine on the wart or the wart can be topically frozen.
